| Set up | STARTS at 6 AM to 10 AM – 6 to 12 people needed – Table set up, unloading trucks, unpacking product to tables. |
| Vendor check in | 3 people (7:30 AM to 10 AM) – Signing in vendors – verifying payments – telling them their assigned spot – sending them to the guide. |
| Vendor guides | 2 people (7:30 AM to 10 AM) – Helping vendors find their spots – giving instructions on moving vehicles. |
| Registration Desk | 1 person – Coordinator/Supervisor |
| Registration Desk | 7 people (9:30 AM – 12 PM) – Checking in dog walk participants. |
| Craft Table | 2 people (8 AM – 4:00 PM) – General Sales |
| Merchandise donated Table | 2 people (8 AM – 4:00 PM) – General Sales |
| Costume Contest | 3 people – Judges |
| NBHA Table | 2 people (8 AM – 4:00 PM) – Assisting with education, general merchandise sales, membership sign ups. |
| 50/50 Raffle Table | 2 people (8 AM – 4:00 PM) – Selling raffle tickets. |
| Musical Mats | 1 person – assist Dan Smith with the game. |
| Clean Up | STARTS at 2 PM – until done – 6 to 12 people – Pack left overs into trucks, return chairs and tables to the rec center…etc Assistance at the storage units after trucks are packed up would be helpful. |
