Opening & Introductions took place by the Membership
The December minutes were posted and approved.
Treasurer’s Report – treasurer’s report was discussed.

Membership Social – Moved to March
Annual Membership Dues Renewal – Membership for the year is $10
SNAP grants were explained to members. Grants go to various rescues for spaying/neutering cats and dogs.
Free Rabies Clinic – Saturday January 14th – Town complex

May – May 6th – Flea Market but no Rummage Sale this year.
