August Membership Meeting

The Meeting was Called to Order by Lisa Coletta at 7:06 pm
Opening & Introductions took place by the Membership
The July minutes were approved
Treasurer’s Report – treasurer’s report was discussed.
- National Nite Out – Coloring activity was a success. Good turn out from members
- Milltown Ice Cream Depot – pending amount made in donations
- Dine to Donate at Chipotle made $179.35
- August Display Case – pending municipal employee approval. Most likely September
- Yard Sale – Saturday August 19th 8am-2pm Parking lot of Municipal Center
- Secretary Position – Michele Andrea will be the new secretary
- Upcoming Events
- Karma Cat/Zen Dog Fetch and Pounce 5K Run – September 16th – 8am-11am at NB Community Park
- Woodlands Wildlife Refuge Community Day – Sunday September 17th 1-5pm
- Anthropologie Adoption Event – September 23rd 11am-2pm
- Dog Walk October 1st Rain Date Oct 15th – NB Community Park
- Signups were passed around and roles discussed. Brief follow up and more signups will follow at next meeting
- Heritage Day – October 7th – Community Park tabling event
- Boscov’s at Woodbridge Center Event is on October 17
- Tabling Event prior to Oct 17th will be September 9th – volunteers needed
- CCP updates – 25 cats in the month of July – 16 TNR and 9 removed
- Training session next meeting!
- Legislative updates – Petition for Middlesex County shelter is ongoing.
