The Meeting was Called to Order by Vince Sheehan at 7:10 pm
Opening & Introductions took place by the Membership
The March minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report – treasurer’s report was discussed.
Program Updates:
- CCP – 835 cats since inception (Sept 2013), 19 in the month of March and 39 Since February
Discussion Points
- Open House/Membership Social Recap/Can Shake Results
- 8 new members signed up – great turn up despite weather
- Can Shake earned $553
- All Critters Rescue in financial need to stay open
- Woodbridge Mall Event – Boscov’s – sell a $5 coupon that would go to NBHA in exchange for a 25% coupon to the store
- Dine to Donate April 23rd, Bertucci’s in North brunswick
- Rutgers Day April 29th – Michele will be contact person
- Flea Market – May 6th -taking donations – discussed selling packaged snacks and water
- Super Cat Adoption Day (SCAD) June 17th
- Legal updates – working on gaming license, mentioned shelter reform and puppy mill legislation
- New business, comments, concerns?
