Treasurer’s Report – Dan
Read and approved. Available on request
CCP/TNR – Donna
Read. TNR to date: 15 in October, 223 from January through October 2015, and 480 since program began. There is $2500 left for medical expenses. Donations: $7085, and expenses were over $17000. Expenses for the program will be discussed. Full report available on request.
TNR, Town Meeting – Michele
The pilot project was met with a positive response. The town suggested that NBHA take responsibility for all TNR in the township. Details and further discussion in the future.
Food Collection-Magyar – Michele
29 cans, 6lb dry. YTD: 299 cans and 227 lbs. of food
UNFINISHED BUSINESS/UPCOMING EVENTS
Black Friday Mall Event – Sandy
The plan for a mall event was canceled, due to lack of volunteers for staff.
Shoe Drive – Committee
As of November 9, there are 39 bags of shoes. The collection is over, and a pickup will be scheduled.
NEW BUSINESS/ANNOUNCEMENTS
Comedy Club – Vince
A tentative date of March 6 for the Comedy Show was suggested. Michele will coordinate event. Details to follow.
Dine to Donate – Barbara
Bertucci’s Dine to Donate event in October: $147. Thanks, Barb!
By-Laws – Board
Cheryl explained the changes to the bylaws and distributed a copy of the existing, and proposed bylaws to the membership. Proposed bylaws are broader than current bylaws. Members are encouraged to read both and notify the board with any questions or concerns before NBHA December meeting. Questions regarding eligibility to vote and run for office, were raised, (Citing Section 5.5 in the bylaws) Eligible members will vote on the bylaws at the DECEMBER meeting.
Sharon raised concerns over the absence of a Finance Committee. This will be addressed before the new term. Attendance and paid membership documents were distributed to the members. If there are any discrepancies, please notify Diana at: 732-310-2922. Diana will forward attendance and paid membership sheets to Cheryl. Leslie has agreed to accept membership coordination.
Upcoming Elections/Nominations
The current slate for 2016 Board:
Cheryl Vitow-President, Vincent Sheehan-Vice President, Dan Smith-Treasurer,
Diana Sichta-Secretary, Susan Keller, Michele Andrea, Lisa Coletta-Member at large.
Nominations will be accepted up until the time of vote.
We are currently seeking volunteers for Public Relations and Finance Committee.

Our next General Meeting will be held on December 14th at 7:30 in the Municipal Building, Hermann Road, North Brunswick.
