By-Laws Report – Cheryl (Diana) Cheryl is reviewing the current by-laws in order to improve and bring them current to accurately reflect who we are as an organization. She also suggested a plan for SOPs and a summary of changes to improve our policies and procedures.
Nominating Committee Report – Cheryl (Diana) Nominating Committee is operating with only 2 of 4 appointees. Nominations are in place, and duly noted.
Membership Report – Cheryl (Diana) Push is on for the January membership drive. Promotional items have been ordered. We will evaluate the promotion in February and determine the next steps at that time.
Magyar Bank – Michele 202 Cans Wet Food collected
Toyota – Jay/Diana NBHA will receive $150 from Toyota event on November 8. One adoption made by Sammy’s Hope as a result of the event. Toyota would like to do more events with NBHA.
Simon Malls – Diana
Menlo Mall:
Collected $179.06
2 cats with interest and some applications were taken

Brunswick Square:
Collected $267. Thank you, Sandy, Nancy, Judy, and Tucker!
Mr Subs – Jay/Diana Dine to Donate on November 17. $63
Discount Cards – Susan 11 Sales. Total to date: 193 cards =$1,309.81. Cards are now ½ price. ($5). Great idea for holiday stocking stuffers!
Bertucci’s – Barbara Dine to Donate- $303 + added a Donation Can and they would like to do more events. Great job, Barbara!
North Brunswick Community Meeting – 11/13 Carol attended the meeting and addressed the mayor, stressing the need for a shelter and the situation in Helmetta. There is no ACO in North Brunswick.
Pints for Paws – Sandy We received a check for $500 from Luv2Brew! Thank you! Sandy, thank you for your help.

Ugly Sweater Run 12/13 9AM –
Run Like a Girl 12/20 9AM –
Christmas Party 12/18 6-8PM. Runs are outside, but NBHA can be set up inside the store. The Christmas Party, of course, is inside.
Mr Subs –Jay Next event will be on 12/15 from 4-8. Watch for eblast.
Simon Mall – Sandy Brunswick Square – 12/27 Tabling/Membership
Insurance Coverage – Vince
Due 12/21 $1600. Ammendment – Up to $1800 – Proposed and Accepted
Photos with Santa – Vince Photos with Santa on 12/13 at Katie’s Pet Depot in North Brunswick. Proceeds to benefit NBHA!
Dine to Donate – Barbara Barbara will check with the Pub and other possible locations for Dine to Donate dates!

Specific functions for Board positions and moving forward TBD. PR and other Coordinators will play a key role in the organization.
